Andalusian vegan food

Yes, it is possible to track down vegan food in a land that worships pork.
In a land that has massive ranches to grow their famous (or infamous) bulls,
still has bull fights, it is a positive yet rare pleasure to find vegan- and vegan friendly places.

there are some interpretations of local food, and some Moroccan influences (like the couscous)

This time it was important for me to get quality images without having to shlep around my heavy DSLR with lenses. For the trip I purchased a canon point and shoot camera and took this with a nice light tripod.

the camera has all the newest gadgets and processors .
Without getting too geeky on the subject - it's a fun camera, easy to use with really excellent results !

I like the concept of small portions in a meal (Tapas)
and the cold soup for hot summer lunches (Gaspacho)
very recommended
